We’re on the lookout for an experienced Part-Time Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team at our Forfar dealership.
As a Part-Time Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to every customer, from their first contact through to vehicle collection. You'll thrive in our franchised dealership environment, where high standards and customer satisfaction come first.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm, professional welcome and addressing their service needs
- Managing vehicle service bookings via phone and internal systems, ensuring efficiency and convenience for both customers and the workshop
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process, maintaining clear and timely communication
- Coordinating with our technical workshop team to ensure vehicles are ready on time
- Creating and explaining accurate invoices, processing payments, and ensuring proper documentation is signed off
- Maintaining and updating customer records in line with data standards
- Participating in manufacturer-led training and development to stay up to date with product knowledge
- Identifying and promoting additional services or products to enhance the customer’s experience
- Ensuring brand and franchise standards are met at every step
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role within the automotive industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-first attitude and passion for delivering excellence
