SALES MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER

As we look to the future and a result of exciting expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitions and dynamic individual to join our team as Sales Manager / General Manager, to work with and mentor our sales team, in order to drive business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will have;
• A proven track record as a business manager, sales controller or sales manager within the automotive industry
• Good financial and commercial understanding
• The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment
Your duties will include;
• Reporting to the managing director, the amin goal will be to enhance the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles.
• Motivate and support the sales team
• Ensure effective stock profiling and management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that boost sales.
